Job description
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will grow our business as much as our clients, ranging from under-the-radar start-ups on the verge of disrupting their industries to recognized brands, including Global 2000 list companies.
Your Profile
Experience in international software development services or software solutions, with a focus on proactively reaching out to new clients
Proven ability to independently attract and engage clients from the UK and Europe, using creative strategies and personalized outreach techniques.
Fluency in written and spoken English (minimum C1 level), with the ability to clearly communicate complex solutions.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to resonate with diverse clients.
A solid understanding of the sales process, including how to measure and evaluate your outbound efforts.
Tech-savvy with a deep understanding of the IT landscape, enabling you to position solutions that align with client needs.
Experience building strong, lasting relationships with potential clients, from initial contact to closed deals.
A track record of successfully selling to start-ups, SMBs, and enterprises, leveraging your ability to connect with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Self-driven and independent in managing day-to-day outbound sales activities, including lead generation, cold outreach, and pipeline management.
Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Pipedrive), using it to track progress and strategize outreach.
