Job description
As a software agency, we collaborate with multiple clients, so as a Project Manager, you will most likely run a few projects simultaneously. We specialise in 4 main industries Fintech, MedTech, HRtech & E-commerce.
Our Delivery team comprises 5 great PM professionals and 2 Delivery Managers.
Currently, we are looking for 2 more people to join our team!
Project work - what will you do?
help build web/mobile applications from the prototyping and building phase to the realisation phase of new features or whole products.
organize project workflows and facilitate regular team meetings: stand-ups, sprint plannings, retros etc.
set the project flow using different tools and methods like burndown chart, sticky notes or Gantt’s chart
work with client budget sheets, take ownership of the project’s budget, schedule and delivery
monitor risks, actively seek for inefficiencies
challenge your team and client to ensure the best balance of product quality and work efficiency
Client Communication - what will you do?
act as a project advisor, taking into consideration the client’s roadmap, ideas, and perspective as well as our internal possibilities - we are not a product company, we are always a 3rd party to a client but our mission is to balance both sides
work according to the core hours 10:00 - 15:00, with a flexible approach to client availability
Team collaboration - what will you do?
coordinate a project team composed of Backend, Front-End or Mobile Developers, supported by QA Specialists and Designers
work closely with a Tech Lead to tackle the technological complexity, create the project backlog and prioritize it
To feel comfortable in your daily job - you will need:
a solid background in web and mobile product development, and hands-on insight into how web and mobile applications work.
know the difference between backend and front-end, what’s an API, what aspects have an impact on software quality etc.
commercial project management experience, especially with products that were built as MVP or were scaling (SaaS, e-commerce)
awareness of Lean principles and ability to implement them
deep understanding of Agile, and Scrum, ability to facilitate effective meetings with a deep understanding of Kaizen principles
experience with daily contact with Product Owners, Business, and Technical Leaders
speak and write English (min. C1) - 99% English-speaking teams and clients
