We are looking for aKey Account Managerto help us redesign our business development strategy and create new growth opportunities.

Being the key person in Monterail dedicated exclusively toclient relationship management and sales activities, you will have an opportunity to redefine this function in our team.You will report directly to our CEO and gradually take over full responsibility for our inbound sales. Over time, you will also help us build team structure and processes to explore outbound sales possibilities.

You are - ideally

Have2+ years of account management experience

Have been working insoftware development services or software solutions industry

Arefamiliar with CRM systemslike HubSpot, SalesForce or similar

Speak and write inEnglish(almost) like it was your mother tongue

Are an excellentteam builder, mentorandmotivator

Have an outstandingcommunication, negotiationandpresentationskills

Like Mondays as much as Fridays

Big +

Proven track record of success inleading account executives teams

Establishednetwork of professional contactsthat can transform into potential leads

Goodunderstanding of web and mobile technologies

You will

Develop and nurture new client relationshipsto provide trust-based premium client experience

Grow our business as much as our clientsby upselling and identifying win-win solutions

Become fully accountable forall incoming leads

Be responsible forpre-qualifying and qualifying inbound leads

Develop the sales pipeline by generating new leads and identifying new business opportunities

Propose new models and solutions to document anditeratively optimize our sales process

Gradually take over leadership of Account Executives teamresponsible for closing new deals and proposing new solutions to our current clients

Grow the team by bothhiring new team membersas well asdeveloping our top talents

Oversee theHubSpot CRM data quality

Collaborate with the marketing team onevaluating buyer personasandlead generation process

Coordinateoffer and contract handling

Salary

8000 - 11000 PLNnetto + VAT on B2B Contract
